Germany 2-2 Argentina: Second-half comeback sees visitors draw friendly

Argentina made a terrific comeback to draw 2-2 with Germany in an international friendly at Signal Iduna Park.
To use the soccer cliche, it was a game of 2 halves, as Germany hurried to a two-goal lead. Serge Gnabry (15) continued his latest form with all the opener Kai Havertz (21) scored his first international goal to give Germany a seemingly comfortable 2-0 lead.
But with loads of accelerated turnovers in the period, as Argentina fought Germany appeared to run out of puff in the second half. Lionel Scaloni made some motivated substitutions since Lucas Alario (61) pulled one back to the visitors long after coming before Lucas Ocampos (85) levelled things up late on.
Germany will probably be back in European Qualifiers activity on Sunday, travelling to Estonia reside on Sky Sports, while Argentina play with a second friendly.
